TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property, with said buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurten-
ances, apparatus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging unto said mort-
gagee fo~ever, fo~ the uses herein set forth, free from all ~ights and benefits under the homestead, exemp-

and waive.
TO SECURE
(1) the payment of a note executed by the Mortgagor to the order of the Mo~tgagee bearing even date

said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fufly as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book _1~8, pages ~ 8of the public records of S t. Luc i e_County Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mo~tgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respedive
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
