1969, between CLAUAE H. COMBS and LOUISE L. COMBS, his wife,

hereinafter called "First Parties" and CHESTER W. ANDERSON ~

and CATHERINE L. ANDERSON, his wife, 107 Osceola, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called "Second Parties",
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if Second Parties shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part
to be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and
agree to convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs,
executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free
from all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed,
the following described property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 7 and the E~ of Lot 6, Block 3, SOtI'i'HERN
VIEW ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in
f Plat Book 9, page 44, public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida.
~ And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First

~ Parties the sum of EIGATEEN TIiOUSAND DOL?~ARS ($18,000.00)

~ with interest at the rate of 896 per annum as follows: ~

~ Each installment shall first be applied on the pay-

~ ~ taxes or insurance cause the payments to fluctuate
