RELEASE OF LEASE ~
KNaW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That HILLIARD GROVES,
~ INC., a Florida corporation, as LESSOR and H. M. McSURLEY and
VIR~GINIA T. McSURLEY, his wife, as LESSEES, under that certain
Lease Agreement dated May 15, 1961 and recorded in Official
Record Book 11, page 479, of the public records of St. I,ucie
County, Florida, do hereby release each other of and from all
obligations arising out of the aforementioned Lease Agreement
and the parties hereto further agree that the said Lease Agree- ~
ment shall be of no further force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the LESSOR has caused these pres-
ents to be signed in its name, in duplicate, by its President
and its corporate seal to be affixed, and the LESSEES hav
