WHEREAS, JAMES L. ROGSRS, III, is the dulp qualified
and acting Executor of the Estate of said decedent, Letters
Testamentary having been issued to said JAMES L. ROG$RS, III~ by
the Honorable Miles B. Mank, II, Countp Judge of Indian River
County, Florida, on July 11, 1968, and
WHEREAS~ pursuant to Petition for ORDTR of PABTIAL
DISTRIBUTION, the Honorable Miles B. Mank, II, as County Judge
! in and for Indian River County, Florida, entered its ORDER
authorizing PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION of the property hereinafter
