LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort - ` Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee. ~ f S WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of ~ One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its suc- cessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall ' and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the following described land in St. Lucie County: Florida, to-wit: A strip of land ~0 feet in width, as measured at rigfit angles to the Easterly right-of-way line of the F. E. C. Railroad, said strip of land being parallel to and adjacent to the Easterly right-of-way line of the F.E . C. Railroad, ~ across the following described land in Section 28, Township,~4 South, Range 40 East . Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 10, re-survey of Koblegard's Subdivision of Lot 3 of Russell's Subdivision of part of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, as surveyed by Elmer Robb, Civil Enganeer, and recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 37 of the Public Records of St . Lucie County, Florida; run East a distance of 1240.0 feet to a point on the West Bank of the Indian River; thence run in a Southerly direction along the said West Bank of the said Indian River a distance of 129.7 feet, more or less to a point on the West Bank of the Indian River, which is Foster's Noitheast corner, said ~ point being 105 feet distant in a Northerly direction from the Southeast corner ell' en Lerl~t~iirecd~n~d = parallel to the South line of Russell's Acre, a distance of 210 feet, more or less, to a p~int on the West line of Russell's Acre, which is 78 feet south of the South line of Lot 10 of re-survey of Koblegard's Subdivision of part of Lot 3 of Russell`s Subdivision; thence run Westerly parallel to the North line ~ of Lot 10 of said re-survey of Koblegard's Subdivision a distance of 376.3 # feet to a point which is 78 feet South of the South line of Lot 10 of said re- survey of Koblegard's Subdivision; thence run South 7 degrees 15 minutes . East a distance of 223 feet to a point; thence run in a Westerly direction and parallel to the South line of Lot 3 of Russell's Subdivision, a distance of 561.0 ~ feet, more.or less, to a point on the East line of the Right of Way of the ~ ~ Florida East Coast Railway; thence run Northerly along the said East line of the Right of Way of the Florida East Coast Railway to the •point of beg~inning. Including all Riparian Rights .
