The llo~tgagee may, at his option, and without waiving his right to accelerate thr indebtedness hereby secured and to foreclose the same, pay either before or after delinquency any or all of those certain obfiaations required by the terms hereof to be paid by the ~lortgagor for the protection of the martgage security ar for the col- le~t?on uf the indebledness hereby secured.
