Second Parties agree to pay when due all assessments which may be imposed against the property for any type of improvements made by any public body which result in an assessment being im- posed against the property. Second Parties agree to pay all costs connected with the recording of this Agreement, which is to be recorded no later than December 31, 1969, in order for Second Parties to be en- titled to receive Homestead Exemption in the coming year, to keep the real estate taxes to a minimum. ~ First Parties agree to utilize so much of the $75.00 monthly ~ i I payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxes on the I ~ aforementioned real property as well as the insurance premiums ~ - due thereon each year. Second Parties agree to pay all costs, charges and expenses, including attorneys fees and title searches, reasonably incurred t or paid by First Parties because of the failure of Second Parties ~ ' ~ to promptly and fully comply with all conditions, covenants and ~ ~ agreements contained herein.
