ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT - Page Three
abided by, then the entire uripaid balance of this Agreement
shall forthwith and thereafter, at the option of First Parties,
become due and payable, and the estate hereby created in Sec-
ond Parties shall cease, terminate and be null and vo~.d.
Furthermore, this Agreement shall, at the option of First
Parties, be forfeited and terminated arid Second Parties shall
forfeit all payments made by them on this Agreement, and such
- payments shall be retained by First Parties and First Parties
shall have the right to reenter and take possession of the
premises aforesaid without being liable for any action therefor. ;

This Agreement shall bind and benefit the Parties hereto, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
IN WITNSSS WHEREOF, the parties to these presents have
hereunto set their hands and seals, in duplicate, the day and
year first above written. ~
