ing to the true intent of said note and this mortgage and any other instrument securing said note, and oomply ~
with all the provisions of the Federal Farm Loan Act and alLamendments diereto, and with the regulations ;
issueci and tl~at may be issueci by the Farm Credit Administration, all of whieh aze hereby made a~ part hereof, ;
then d~is mortgage shall cease, determine, and be utterly null and void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and f
effect.

FOR THE CONSIDERATION AFORESAID, first party coven:?nts as follows:
1. First party is lawfully sei•r.ecl of said property in fee simple and has a perfect right to convey same; there
are no encumbrances or liens ~vhatsoever on said property exc~pt this mortgage.
First party will ins~re and keep insured as may be required by second party from time to time all.
groves and orchards now on said property or that may hereafter be thereon against Ioss or damage by fire, wind-
~ storm, hail, frost, fre~eze, and/or other casualty, and all buildings now on said property, and all buildings which ~
may hereafter be erected thereon, against loss or damage by fire, hail, windstorm, and/or other casualty, in ~
sucli form, such amounts, and in such company or corripanies, as shall be satisfactory to seoond party, the loss, if
an~~, to be pa}•able to second party as its interest may appeaz at the time of the loss. First party will deliver to
seconcl party the policy or pMicies of insurance with mortgagee clause attached thereto saHsfaetory to seeond '

secured by this instn~ment as second party may in its sole discretion determine. If any building on said property
so insured shall be destroyed or damaged, the amount reoei~ ed in settlement of the loss or damage may be ap-
~ piied_at the option of first party to the reconstruction or repair of the buildings so destroyed or damageci, sub-
~ ject to the regulations issued or that may be issued under the Federal Fazm Loan Act or acts amendatory '
~ thereof or supplemental thereto; and any portion of the proceecls not so used shall be applied on the debt hereby
secured in such manner as second party, in its sole discretion, may determine.
3. First party ~vill pay, ~vhen due and pa}•able, all tares, assessments and other charges that may be levied ~
or assessecl against said property, and all judgments and all other amounts that may be or become a lien thereon.

4. First pazty will keep in good order and condition, preserve, and repair, rebuild and restore all terraces, ~
buildings, groves, orchards, fences, fictures, shrubbery and other improvements, of every kind and na!ure, now '
on said land and hereafter erected or place~d thereon that may be destroyeci or damaged by fire, windstorm or ~
~ othen.•ise, and will not permit the change, injury or removal thereof, will not rnmmit or permit waste on said '
- 1and, and ~s~ll not, except with the ~vritten consent of second party, cut, use or remove, or permit the cutting, use
or removal of, any timber or trees on said land for sawmill, turpentine or other uses or purposes, except for fire- ~
;r; ~~•ood and other ordinary farm purposes. First party will also preserve and keep in good order and condition all ~ ;
trces and timber no~v and hercafter growing upon the said property, and will at all times protect the trees and ~
timber against loss or damage by fire, all to the saHsfaction of the second party. s

~ 5. First party .vill at all times properly fertilize, cultivate, care for, and maintain in a produdive condition
all the grove and orchard trces naw on said property or hereafter planted thereon, and will protect the groves and
