If the principal due on the note and this mor~gage securing the
said note is not paid when the five (5) year period is up, then
the mortgagees agree to extend the payment of the principal only
for an additional five (5) years. The extension will not change
the payment of the interest or any covenants in this mortgage.

FOR VALUE received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise
to pay without defalcation to the order of LLOYD TAYLOR and CLOTILDE F.
TAYIAR, his wife, at the office of the said payees in Fort Pierce,
Florida, the aum of 5EVEN T~USAND SEVEN IiUNDRED SEVENTY and 73/100ths
DOLLARS, with interest from date at the rate of 8% per annuua, payable
monthly. _
The principal sum of $7,770.73 shall be due and payable on or
before five (5) years from th~ date of thi8 note.
~ If default is made in payment of any intereet when d~se and payable,
then at the option of the payees, the principal shall become due and
° payable at once without notice.

~ Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
either of us, whether maker, surety or indoreer on this note hereby
agreea to pay all costs of collection, including a reaaonable attorneys'
fee.
The makers, sureties and indorsers hereof severally waive preaentment,

the time ~f its maturity may be extended before or after matuxity and do
further severally agree to any renewal thereof before or after maturity,
