That if SECOND PARTIES shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be

MARAVILLA PLAZA SUBDIVISION as per Plat Book 5,
Page 44, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

And SECOND PARTIES hereby covenant and agree to pay FIRST PARTIES

f the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($14,000.00) with interest

~ at the rate of 8% per annum, as follows:

4 $250.00 npon the signing of this Agreement, receipt
~ whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$250.00 on February 14, 1969, and the balance of the i
sales price in monthly installments of $121.00 beginning
~ March l, 1969, and on the first day of each succeeding ~
~ month thereafter until the whole be fully paid.

x Each installment shall first be applied on the payment
s of interest, taxes and insurance and then on the unpaid
~ ' balance of the principal sum. FIRST PARTIES agree to
f give SECOND PARTIES an annual statement no later than
~ February 15, of each year, showing the amount credited
_ to principal, to interest, to taxes and insurance, from
~ payments made during the previous calendar year.
