THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Motion for a Summary
~udgnent, and it appearing that the Plaintiff has filed herein, the original Promissory
Note sued upon, and it being ascertained and determined from the Proofs produced and
filed herein, and it appearing to the Court tbat the Plaintiff is entitled to a Judgme~t
against'the Defendants as a matter of law, and the Court being further advised in the
premises, it is; -
ORDERED, that the Plaintiff, ALESTA A. CASEY, do have and recover from
the Defendants, JAMES C. SMITH and PAULINE E. SMITH, his wife, jointly, severally,

and by the entireties, the sum of ~1, 500. 00 damages, plus the further sum of $ 30. 00
as interest thereon, making a total of $ 1, 530. 00 , plus ttie further sum of $27. 00
` costs in her behalf expended by the Plaintiff, for all of which let Execution issue forthwith.
