W I T N E S S E T H:
That if Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to
convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, ~

administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encum- ~
brances, bv a good and sufficient warranty deed, with documentary
stamps attached and paid for by the sellers, the following
described property situate in St. I,ucie County, Florida:
Lot 10, Block 7, MARAVILLA PLAZA, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 44, of the

And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First
Parties the sum of FOURTE~T THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS

Each installment shall first be applied on the payment
