WITNffiSETH, That said Crantor for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid by

the receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants~ bargains, and sells to Grantee (s) and Grantee's heirs or

Florida, to wit :
Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 11 of
B1oCk 5 of FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at page 29,
St. Lucie County Records, which point is 150 feet South
of the Northeast corner of said lot; thence, run North
along the East line of said Lot 11 a distance of 40 feet
to a point (Which point is 110 feet S~outh of.the North-
east corner of said lot); thence West, with~an interior
angle of 90 degrees, a distance of 100.92 feet to the
West line of Lot 10 of said Block 5; thence run South
along the West line of the last mentioned lot, a distance
~ of 110 feet to the Southwest corner thereof;~thencP East
along the South line of said Lot 10 a distance of 111.06
~ feet to the East right of way line of the easement here-
~ tofore granted American Telephone & Telegraph Company;
thence run Northwesterly along the East right of way line
of said easement to a poir}t West of the point of beginning,
thence run East to point of beginning.
This conveyance is expressly made subject to a Purchase
~ Money Mortgage to be executed.by..the Grantees herein to
the Grantor in the sum of $8,000.00. Said Mortgage to
be given to secure debt representing balance of purchase
