THIS WARRANTY DEED Made this day of December, A. D. 1969
By HOWARD W. SAMPSON and HELEN D. SAMPSON, his wife, IIrtERSON G.
SAMPSON and IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and
BONITA G. SAMPSON, his wife, hereinafter called the grantors, to
FLORINDO COSTANTINO and II.ENA COSTANTINO, his wife, 123 So. Choir
Lane, Westbury, New York, 11590, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consider
ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar-

gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the ~

grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flori

da, described as follows:

Lot 2, Block 160, Unit 12, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per .
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, pages 26A and 26B, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. SUBJECT 1i0
all reservations, condition, restrictions and easements of
record.
1~OGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND 1'0 HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
' AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees tha t the

grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey

g said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to sai

cept taxes accruing subsequent to Dece~nber 31, 1969.
