Towriship 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, more particularly described as
follows: •
Begin at the intersection of the South riqht-of-way line of Okee-
chobee Road and the West riqht-of-way line of 35th Street.(forntierly
known as Kirby Loop Road) and run So~itherly along said West riqht-
of-way line a distance of 62.98 feett thence Westerly, at riqht
anqles to said West right-of-way line a distance of 5 feet to the
beginning of a radial return concave to the Southwesterlyj thence
Northerly ang Westerly on said radial return havinq a central
anqle of 127 13'30" and a radius of 25 feet, a dis~ance of 55.51
feet to the end of said radial return= thence S 50 55'41" W a dis-
tance of 176.12 feet to a point; thence Northerly a distance of
7.66 feet to the South riqht-of-way line of Okeechobee Road;
thence Northeasterly on said South riqht-of-way line a distance
of 235 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containinq 0.059 of an
acre, more or less.
