in said cause conveyed all the right, title and interest in the
following described real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to be in the Plaintiff, ESTELLE E. JAUDON, to-wit:
The East two acres of Lot 107, Garden City Farms,
Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Less existing rights-of-way for public
