KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Fe.~eral Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a co~poration under
the iaws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage yiven by Paul H. Dtelzer and
Annabelle S. Melzer ~ his wi~e dated May 22nd 19 69 , and recorded
in the public records of St. I.u~ie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 177 on pages
