145 ft. more or less to a point which is 1630.6 f t. South of
North line of Section 35, thence run West a distance of
1544.20 ft. more or less to the West Section line of Section
35, which point is 1634.13 f t. South of the Northwest corner
of Section 35, thence run South on the West Section line of
Section 35, to point of beginning.
