Privilege is given to prepay in full after one year from date upon the
payment of a 1°fo penalty based on the original amount of the mortgage.
If the principal sum and interest are paid as in the note agreed and the covenants and agreements herein rnatained
are fully kept, pertormed and complied with, then this Mortgage shall be dCuharged, but i[ default occuts in the making
ot any payment or as Lo any agreement, conditlon or covenant in the note or in this Mortgage required and agreed, the
unpald principal sum, [nterest, and all other indebtedness, the payment oi which is secured hereby, shall at the election
