CERTYFYCATE
Central Bank and Trust Company, Miami, Florida., as Trustee U/A of
Land Trust No. 5?-147, dated the 3rd day of July, 195?, a~d as appears of
public record in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 58,
Page 502 by recording thereof made March ll,1960 in its official capa.city
as such trustee and by its trust o£ficer duly informed, hereby does certify:
1. That the Central Bank and Trust Companq, as Trustee, on
the llth day of June, 1969 did hold, and continuously to said da.te
from said 3rd day of July, 1957 held title in such ca,pacity in respect
of the properties described in Exhibit A annexed as part hereof;
2. That the following on the llth day o~ June, 1969 and the lOth day of
July, 1969 were, those persons entitled as trust benef iciaries by
~ the original instrument or by exercise of the right of assignment
with notice to the Trustee as by said Clause 5 provided, to-wit:

3. That prior to sa.id llth da.y of June, 1969 the interest of Katie
Bluesten was assigned with notice by instrument, a. true and com-
plete photocopy of which is annexed as part and Exhibit B hereof;
and, that interest of the assignee, Charlotte Fine was divested
and acquired by the then constituted beneficiaries in accordance
with decree of the Circuit Court in and for Da.de County, Florida.,
in Qause ~ No,~13I-9503 of its dockets;
4. That the interest of Oscar Winter duly was assigned with notice as
by Clause 5 provided to Robert L. Winter;
5. That the Trustee in its said capacity under said Trust Agreement
on the llth da,y of June, 1969 hald and now holds directions to
convey as by such lgeement provided, executed by all such persons
now constituted as beneficiaries as herein designa,ted by Pa.ragraph
2 hereof;
6. Tha,t as of the said llth da.y o~ June, 1969 Trustee had received no
actual notice or actua,l knowledge of any assignment, pledge or en-
cumbrance of beneficial interest, devise, death, power of appoint-
ment or other transfer in respect of any interest of those persons
listed in Para.graph 2 above; `
7. That this certificate is made for the purpose of inducing the purchase
of lands described by Schedule A hereof and inducing insurance of the
title conveyed by the Trustee as its title in said lands pursuant to its
Trustees Deed dated June ll, 2969.
