For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalwtion, to the order of
HARRIS CONS7RUCTION CORPORATION, at their offiQe in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ~~~66?•9?
with interest from date at the rate of 10.0 ~~r annum, in monthfy installments as follows:

balance becomes due and payable on demand.
A late payment charge of 95 , shall be added to each payment remaining unpaid 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed-
ing payment date.
Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balanqe
of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any instal(ment when due, then at the option of
the holder, arsd without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installme~ts at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, joint(y and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension ot time of payment, either before
or after maturiry, without notice fo any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitvtion and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
