K~JOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRI3SSNTS, that JAMES DeFONZO and
~ NELLIS DeFONZO, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Sellers, and
ALEXANDER V.HOY and VIRGINIA HOY, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as Buyers, covenant and agree asfollows:
1. That the Sellers sell to the Buyers, under a Condi-
tional Sales Contract, the following Restaurant Equipment, and
title thereto remains in the Sellers until the purchase price
thereof is paid in full, at which time a Bill of Sale to Equip-
ment will be given by the Sellers to the Buyers, and the Buyers
have the riqht to substitute equipment with either the oral or
written consent of the Sellers, and any,Equipment that is substi-
tuted, shall be considered a part of this inventory, said equip-
ment being described as follows:
