NOTICE is given that on the 24th day of December, 1969, in the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, there was instituted
a suit in equity by Claude H. Combs, Plaintiff, against Lilly J. Jordan and
Harry W. Jordan, her husband, defendants. The land involved in that suit
is that certain piece, parcel or tract lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:

~j Lot Block 5, ORANGE BL06SOM ESTATES, as per
i plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at page 6, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought is the specific performance of that certain contract
for sale dated December 5, 1969 and executed by the defendants as sellers ~
and the plaintiff as buyer and recorded in Official Record Book 181 at page
2357 of the public rec~rds of St. Lucie County, Florida, a copy of which is
attached to the complaint filed herein. .
