ASSIGNMENT OF MORTuAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Thomas James Barr, as Trustee of the Thomas James Barr
Trust, ~arty of the first part, for and in consideration of Ten
(~10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, from Harris Construction Corporation, a
Florida corporat3on, party of the second part, do hereby grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the second part, these certain mortgages described as follows,
to-wit:
That certain mortgage bearing the date the 5th of September,
1964 and recorded in O.R. Book 199, at page 751 of the public
records of Indian River County, Florida, encumbering:
From the NW corner of the SW1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, ;
Township 31 South, RAnge 39 East, run East 40 feet, thence run ~
South 25 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein
described: From the said Point of Beginning con~inue South
101.78 feet, thence run East 119•92 feet, thencz run North
101.72 feet, thence run West 120.35 feet to the Point of
Beginning; also described as Lot 1, Block A, as shown on
Certificate of Survey recorded in O.R.Book 168, page 680, -

being a subdivision of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW lj4
and the North 4 acres of the SE lf4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4,

ingress and egress in the aforesaid mortgage.
