hereinafter called "First Parties", and G$AN C. JUNGING$R
and CA7~i$RIi~S N. JUI~TGINGSR, his wife, 129 Hialeah, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called "Second Parties";

R~at if Second Parties shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant
and agree to convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs,
executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free
fran all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient Warranty
Deed, the follawing described property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida:

~ per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9,
page 44, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
and, Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First
Parties the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($10,000.00),

with interest at the rate of seven percent (796) per annum,
as follaws:
$450.00 on or b~fore the signing of this Agree-
ment, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$68.38, representing the.part month of June,
