of way of public record, containing approximately 40
acres located in St. Lucie County, Florida, subject
land being located on the east side of Koblegard Road.
THIS IS A PURCHASE M(~TEY MOR~GAGE.
, The mortgagors shall permit no waste upon the mortgaged
premises and shall maintain the existing citrus grove as cit
groves are generally maintained and cared for in St. Lucie
County, Florida, including, but not li.mited to, all neces-
sary fertilizing, hoeing, mowing, pruning, spraying and
other normal husbandry practices. The mortgagees shall ~
have the right to inspect the grwe for the purpose of
determining the husbandry being maintained by the mortgagor~.
In the event that a mortgage foreclosure should be
instituted under the purchase maney mortgage, the citrus
fruit crop on the trees as of the date of the foreclosure
action is filed shall be the property of the purchaser
at the foreclosure sale and a receiver may be appointed
upon application to the Court to harvest the citrus fruit
- crop then on the trees.
