NOTICE is hereby given that ST. LUCIE MORTGAGE COMPANY,
a Florida corporation has instituted suit in the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. -
Lucie County, Florida, against LILLIAN HOLMES, et al and

each of all of the particular named defendants in the Amended
Complaint filed herein.
The relief souqht herein is the foreclosure of tax sale
certificates encumbering the following described property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 3 of Block 4, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4,
at page 41, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
