ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ;

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 30 day of December, ~
1969, by and between EDMUND M, RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife,
hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and EDDIE D. CULLINS and
THELMA CULLINS, his wife, whose mailing address is: 2801 Avenue "Q",
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties of the second part,
WITN ESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second par t shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and
performed, the said parties of the fiirst part hereby covenant and agree to con-
vey and assure to the said parties of the second part, and their heirs, executors,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the
following described property, together with all improvements thereon lying, being
and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 39 feet of Lot 8 and the East 21
feet of Lot 9, DUKE SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at
Page 34 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with a11 improvements thereon.
and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said
parties of the first part, as consideraaon therefor tfie sum of NINE THOUSAND

SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100ths, ($9, 600. 00) DOLLARS, in the manner following: i

There shall be paid a sum of $200. 00 cash at the time
of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. The then remaining balance of $9, 400. 00
shall be paid in monthly installments of $80. 00 each. The
- first such monthly installment shall be due on the lst day
of January, I9?9 and subsequent payments shall be due on
the same day of each succeeding month thereafter until
the whole sum named, plus interest, has been paid in full.
Each such monthly payment shall be applied first to
interest and then to the unpaid principal balance, with
interest from the date hereof at the rate of Seven Percent
(7~) per annum on the unpaid balance. T~vo or more pay-
~ ments may be made at any time by the parties of the
second part on any installment due date.
