IEWIS, Attorney at Law 133 SOUTH 2ND STREEt, fORT PIERCE, fU1. 33450 ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~day of December, 1969, by and between EDMAR, INC. , a Florida Corporation, hereinafter called party of the first part, and ZACCHEUS MILLER and EARLY MILLER, his wife, whose mailing address is: 908 North 22nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, herein- after called the parties of the second part, WITNESSETH: That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the payments , and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and ~ f performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey ~ i and assure to the said parties of the second part, and their heirs, executors, ~ ~ administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the ~ 3 following described property, together with all improvements thereon, lying, ~ ; being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ' Lot 23, Block 1, of AUGUSTA SUBDIVISION, as 3 per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 34 g of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ; TOGETHER with alI improvements thereon. and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree ~o pay to the said party of the first part, as consideration therefor the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/LOOths DOLLARS ($12, 500. 00), in the following manner: i There sha11 be paid the sum of $200. 00 cash at the time , of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. The then remaining balance of $12, 300. 00 ~ ~ ; shall be paid in monthly instaliments of $100. 00 each. Tfie ~ first s~ch monthly installment shal~ be due on the lst day of January 1970 and subsequent payments shall be due on the same day of each succeeding month thereafter until : the whole sum named, plus interest, has been paid in full. Each such monthly payment shall be applied first to interest and then to the unpaid principal baiance, with } interest from the date hereof at the rate of EIGHT PERCENT ~ (8~) per annum on the unpaid balance.
