For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HAitRiS. CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at fheir offi~e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ~ 1~7~12.6~
with interest from date at the rate of 10.0 % per annum, in monthly installments as foltows:

day of each like succeeding month thereafter for a period of months, at which time the entire unpaid
balance becomes due and payable on demand.
A late payment charge of E • 0, shall be added to each payment remaining unpaid 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment reinaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed-
ing pay:nent date. _
Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of ihe interest and then on the unpaid balanc~e
of ihe principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
ihe time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointty and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
; and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
i or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
I , ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives atl benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the lJnited States, as against this obligation or
