QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM nEED, executed this 2nd day of December, A.D. 1969,
by Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife, first party
to Lloyd Glinton, second party and to Emma Lee Glinton, third party,
the address of the said second and third parties being ~906 Avenue
"P", Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH, that the said first party for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 in hand paid by the said second and third parties, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit claim unto the seoond party an undivided one-half interest
in and to:
Lot 15, Block 3, Southern Pines Subdivision, as per plat
thereof in plat book 9, page 68, ~f the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
and also does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the third
party the other undivided one-half interest in and to the aforesaid
lot.
The purpose of this conveyance is to convey an undivided one-half
interest to the second party and an undivided one-half interest to
the third party and not to convey the aforesaid lot as an estate by
the entireties and not to provide rights of survivorship.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second and third
parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said first party has signed and sealed these
presents the d8y and year first above written.
