MEMORANDUM OF LEASE E

KNOW ALL MEN BY THF.SE PRESENTS: ~

That FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, s
ith mailing address of Post Office Box 629, Fort Pierce, Florida, acting
under authority of those certain Trust Agreements in which H. C. McDermid, ~

Jr. and Mary Jo ~McDermid, his wife, are Grantors and the said First National
Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida, is Trustee, dated the 17th day of December,
1969, and recorded in Official Record Book 181 at pages 2167; 217~; 2181;
and 2188, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as Lessor, in
consideration of $1. 00 and other valuable consideration, hereby leases and
demises to H. C. McDermid, Jr. , as Lessee, the following described real
property situate, lying and being in the County of St. L ucie and State of Florida
described as follows:
T.,ot 4 of Englar's RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS, revised plat
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 40,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

excepting and reserving from this lease all shelving, air conditioning units,
inter-office communication systems, and other fi~rtures of peculiar use to a ~

medical practitioner, for a term of three (3) years from the first day of
January, 1970 to and including the 31st day, of December, 1973. ~
This lease is subject to all the conditions, terms and provisions of
; that certain Lease Agreement of even date between the parties hereto, which ~
~
agreement is hereby adopted herein a~d made of part hereof by reference to
the same full extent as i.f all the provisions thereof were copied in full herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agree-
ment as of the 31st day of December, A. D. 1969. ~
