President and Trust Officer and Vice-President and Cashier of FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT PIERCE, a U. S. banking corporation having trust powers, to me
known to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing Memorandum
of Lease, and severally ackriowledged the execution thereof to be their free act
and deed as such officers, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and
