set forth in the above-mentioned Last Will and Testament of Henry C. Hitch,
Deceased and Henry C. Hitch Declaration of Trust dated January 2, 1965
as amended by amendment dat~d June 30, 1967.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and apput~tenances

thereto belonging or in anyv?~ise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the said parties of the first part, for themselves and th~ir
heirs and assigns, do hereby warrant the title to said lands and will defend

the same against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming the
same by, through and under the grantors herein.
