As hereinafter stated, I, we or either of us promise to pay to the order of H. C.
HITCH, JR. , an undivided 2 interest, CHRISTIl~TE W. HITCH, an undivided I/8
interest and 1~IARJORIE HITCH PRICE, H. C. HITCH, JR, and JOYCE HITCH ;
GRAY, as Co ;Trustees of the Residuary Trust under the Last Will and Testament ~
, of Henry C. Hitch, Deceased, and as Co-Trustees of the Residuary Trust Under

as aforesaid, the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT
and 90/100 DOLLARS for va:ue received payable at Orlando Bank and Trust i

seven per cent (7%) per annum until paid.

The principal sum of $60, 328.90 shall be payable in five (5) successive, equal
annual installments, the first of which shall be due and payable one (1) year from
date. Interest on the unpaid balance shall be due and payable with each ir.stal-
lment of principal. The maker may at his option elect to omit one (1) principal
payment at any time during the term of this note and the term of said note shall
thereby be automatically extended one (1) year. This note is prepayable in whole
or in part at any time without penalty.
And each of us whether maker,guarantor or endorser, hereby severally waives ~
~demand, notice of non-payment and protest, and in event it becomes necessary to ;
collect this note through an attorney, agrees to pay all costs of co~lection, including ~
reasonable attorney's fee. ~ ~

If default is made in any payment when due and continues unrectified for 30 days, ~
then at the option of the holders and without any other notice, all the remaining =
balance sha21 be due and payable at once.
