AGREEMENT FOR DEED
ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this 30th day of December, A.D.1969

BETWEEN Valerie V. Harris ~oined by her
husband Franklin A. Harris, parties of the first pa~~ and ?
Nathaniel Morris, a single adult and Patricia Be~ts, a single
adult, parties of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perforr~ the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, admin-
istrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances
whatever by a good and sufficient deed the following described
property,a to-wit:
Lot 20, BLack 4, Southern Pines Subdivision as per plat
thereof on record in plat book 9, page 6$, of the public

records of St. Lucie County, FLorida:

And the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the said parties of the first part, their heirs and
assigns, the sum of $9,450.00 in the following manner, to-wit:

(1) $500.00 on the signing of this instrument receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged.
(2) $89•50 principal and interest on the 5th day of February,
1970 and a like sum on the 5th day of March, April, May and
June of 1970. Aforesaid interest to be calculated at the rate F
of 9.OK per annum on the unpaid balance. ~

C3) The unpaid balance of approximately $8,940.00 in cash on or ~

~ of the second part. In the event the VA loan is not closed out ~
