(1.3) Additional Association Members: It is under-

may hereafter file declarationa of condominium on additional
!condominium parcels located adjacent to or near the above describe
~iproperty, but not to exceed a total of 1075 units in the entire
~;condominiim? development. All purchasers of condominium units
;'under said additional declarations of condominium, their heirs, !
;successors, and assigns, shall be and becane membera of the
;iAssociation hereinafter provided for, subject t~ the responsibilit'es
' ;~and privileges thereaf and subject to th6 follawinq limitations
i!and conditions :
(a) The basic purp in providing for other condomin'um
owners to become members of the Asaociation is to permit
their use of the recreational facilities to be leased
' by the Association, and for euch subsequent members to
bear a fair portion therefore of the expenses incurred
~ by fi1~.e Association and the benefit of services located
in any condominium parcel for the benefit of all parcels.
(b) The Association is therefore authorized and ~
empowered to operate additional condo~niniunns upon the
limitation, hawever, that each condaninium parcel (as ~
that term is defined by Subsection 9 of Section 711.03
Florida Statutes) serviced by the Association shall be i
separately operated, manaqed, budgeted and assessed, i
except as hereinafter set forth: !

not be liable or~i~gonsible for the payment of expenses, ~
assessments or charges attributable to other parcels. ~
