of this Declaration or the By-Laws. ;

(2.9) Recreation E ense: It is understood and aqreed ~
that the Associat on n en s o lease certain land, recreation ~
facilities and improvements on a net lease to the Lessor. The
expense of leasinq and maintaining said facilitfes, and all '
expenses applicable thereto including, but not lin~ited to, ~
