i~ (14.5) If there has been loss or damage to the common ;
~ elements and the insurance proceeds available are inadequate to ~
repair and reconstruct same and all of the units, and if the i ~
majority of the voting members vote against levying the special ;
assessment referred to above, and one-hundred percent (1008) vote;
jf to abandon the condominium project, same shall be abandoned sub- ;
ject to the provisions of paragraph (20) hereinafter. As evidencq
~ of the members' resolution to abandon, the President and Secretar~
;i of the Association shall effect and place in the Pub~ic Records ~ -
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, an affidavit stating that such re- ;
solution was properly passed, to which a copy of the consent of '
the unit owners and holders of all liens shall be affixed. i

(14.6) Under all circumstances, the Association hereby has i
;j the authority to act as the agent of all owners for the purpose !
of compromising or settling insurance claims for damage to im- ;
provements within units or common elements, subject to the approva}1
of any mortgagees of the premises damaged.
(15) Conve ances, Sales, Rentals, Leases and Transfers: No;

condominium unit, provided, however, that all rentals thereof shal;l
exclusively be undertaken by the developer, and for and in con- '
sideration of a schedule or schedules be promulgated from !
time to time by the developer. The developer has undertaken an ;
!I advertising program to promote the rental of the said units from ~
'j both itself, insofar as it relates to those units still owned by

(17) Obli ations of Members: In addition to other obliga- ~ ~

coadominium unit owner shall:

(a) All lots,- parcels, or units, hereinafter referred to as;
Campsites, in the subdivision are hereby designated RECREATIONAL !
CAMPSITES FOR CAMPING TRAILEBS, in~luding within such category, ~ ~
modern travel trailers and other similar types of camping ;
trailers and equipment that are mobile and approved by the ;
Board of Directors or such persons they shall authorize,
~ ;i hereinafter referred to as "principal carrying facilities," and ~
~ j~ specifically excluding tent-type folding trailers. No permanent ;
~ or semi-permanent structure may be erected on any campsite in the!
~ subdivision nor may any trailer which is designed as permanent '
~ living quarters be located or placed on any campsite, it being th~
~ i; declared intent of the subdivider to exclude mobile homes from '
~ (j use on the campsite and to create and maintain the area designed ;
