I ; ~ i (h) These restrictions shall be considered as covenants running with the land, and shall bind the i; purchasers of all campsites shawn on the subdivision ` plat or plats hereinbefore referred to, recorded or to ~ be recorded, their heirs, executors, administrators, i ; and assigns, and if said awners or any of them, their i heirs, executors, aucceasors or assigns, shall violate i or attempt to violate any of the covenants or restrictions herein contained, it shall be lawful for any person ~ ;I or persons awning any such crmpsites in the subdivision ~ in which said campsite is situated to prosecute any proceedi~g at law or in equity against the person or persons violating ± ' or attempting to violate any such covenant or restriction ` and either to prevent him or them from so doing or to- ; recover damaqes for such violation including costs of ; the suit and a reasonable attorney's fee.
