proportionate share of the actual cost of operating and ~ ~
maintainin4 al1 common use property and facilities, providinc~
water, electricity and garbage disposal service, sewage r
service, general maintenance and carrying out of its duties : €
hereunder as "manaqement". Likewise, the asaociation shall ' ~
' include in the assessment so made the sum adequate to pay ` ~
~11 real property taxes on the condaninium parcel as well as: ~
the common e2ements . The collectien of these s~.t~ s~~ll bg `
provided for in an adequate manner to assure the maintanance~
necessary. I

i (h) These restrictions shall be considered
as covenants running with the land, and shall bind the
i; purchasers of all campsites shawn on the subdivision
` plat or plats hereinbefore referred to, recorded or to ~
be recorded, their heirs, executors, administrators, i
; and assigns, and if said awners or any of them, their i
heirs, executors, aucceasors or assigns, shall violate i
or attempt to violate any of the covenants or restrictions
herein contained, it shall be lawful for any person ~
;I or persons awning any such crmpsites in the subdivision ~
in which said campsite is situated to prosecute any proceedi~g
at law or in equity against the person or persons violating ±
' or attempting to violate any such covenant or restriction `
and either to prevent him or them from so doing or to- ;
recover damaqes for such violation including costs of ;
the suit and a reasonable attorney's fee. Any invalidation `
~I of any of these coven~nts and restrictions shall in no
way affect any other`of the provisions thereof which
" shall thereafter remain in full force and effect. ,

; (i) The unit owner shall not permit
or suffer anything to be done or kept in his unit which '
" will increase the rate of insurance on the condaninium
~ property, or which will obstruct or interfere with the ; ~
riqhts of other unit awners, or annoy them by unreasonable ; ~
~ noises, or otherwise; nor shall the unit awner co~tm?it ; ~
or permit any nuisance, immoral or illegal act in or ; 4
_ about the condominium property. f :

( j) No person shall use the cosrunon elements j
or any part thereof, or a condominium unit or the condominiun~
property or any part thereof, in any manner contrary ;
~ to or not in accordance with such rules and regulations ±
pertaining thereto, as from time to time may be promulgated i
by the Association. { ~

(k) Conform to and abide by the By-Laws and '
uniform rules and regulations in regard to the use of~~the ~ ~
~ unit and common elements which may be adopted in writing ~ ~
~ fraan time to ti~ by the Board of Directors of the r
~ , Association, and to see that all gersons using owner's ~ ~
_ property by, through or under him do likewise. f
~ (1) Al1aw the Board of Directors or the agen~s
~ and employees of the Association to enter any unit for
~ ~ the purpose of maintenance, inspection, repair, replacement ~
~ of the improvements within units or the com~nnon elements, ~
~ or in case of emergency threatening units or the common
~ ~ elements, or to determine campliance with theae restrictions
~ reservations, covenants, conditions and easements and ~
~ By-Laws of the Association. ~
