ARTICLS I

` Section 1. The Name: The name of the corporation shall be
;i WIND~iILL VII.LAGE BY-Tii$-SSA I~iSSOCIATION, INC.
Section 2. Principal Office: The principal office of the
;corporgtion shall be at Route #1, Hutchinson Island, Stuart,
;;Florida, or at such other place as may be subsequently desiqnated

'~by the Board of Directors.

Section 3. Definition: Aa used herein, the term "corporatio~"
