Section 5. The Presider~t:
i1 A. The Preaidsnt shall be the chfef exacutiva officer

j standing committees; shall have general and active management

of the businesa of the corporation, and shall See that all
~t orders and resolutions of the board are carrfed into effect.
B. He sh~ll execute bonds, mortgages and other contracts
requiring a seal, under the seal by the corporation, except

B. He shall see that all notices are duly given in 4

accordance with the provisions of these By-Laws or as 1

C. He shall be custodian of the corporate recorda and }

D. He shall keep a regiater of the poat office addresses
of each member, Nhich shall be furnished to the Secretary
by such member.
