B. Al1 unit ownera shall be liable for the expenae of any
~~maintenance, repair or replacement rendered neceasary by hie act,

ijneglect or carelessnesa, or by that of any niember of hie family,
~1or hia or their guesta, mployees, aqente or leasees, but only to
;;the extent that such expense is not met by the proceeds of inauran
