In the event of the legal termination of a memberehip and of ~

~ shall promptly quit and 8urrender the owned unit to the corporatio~

~ ~`.;in good repair, ordinary wear and tear and damage by fire or other

" ~re-enter and to repossess the awned unit. The member, for himself

~ ;and any successor in interest, by operation of law or otherwise,
