WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to enteY into an agree-

ment for the supervision and direction of maintenance services '

WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide within this Agreement=

other in hand paid, the receipt whereor is hexeby acknowledged, ~

~ C~ located at Hutchinson Island, Florida. Manager is the developer ;

~ of the condominium and is familiar with the proposed operatione. ;
~ ~ This agreement is to provide for the supervision and direction of

~ ` maintenance and operation of the condominium by the Manager as ~
