(7) In the event that either party hereto shall bring a

~~ause of action for any reason on this agreement, it is agreed by ~

~+~he parties that all legal fees, court costs and other expenses !
I `~incurred by the Defendant in any such action shall be paid by the ~

~ ~plaintiff in said action in the event that the Plaintiff does not ;

~irevail in its cause of action. t

~~ereto that should any part, term or provision of this contract !

~e by the courts decided to be illegal, or not conform with any ;

~ ;+aws of this State, the validity of the remaining provisions shall `
