whom a notice of federal tax lien under the Internal Revenue Laws was filed
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in Original Record Book 167, page 1'707; that she was never associated in

Department - Internal Revenue Service under a tax return form 1040
for the period ending 12/31/65Jfor which a notice of lien was filed in the

That this affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing Wilbert E.
~'f Villhard and Betty J. Villhard, his wife, to accept a warranty deed of con-

~ veyance as to the premises situate at 520 South lOth Street in the City of
Fort Pierce, Flor-ida, and for the further purpose of inducing First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort. Pierce to grant a mortgage loan
secured by said premises to the purchasers, the proceeds of which are to
be paid to the undersigned as a part of the purchase price. ~
