SPEGIAL MASTER'S DEED
This Indenture, Executed the .3l~ay of December, 1969, between
L. A. 0'LAUGHLIN, JR., as Special Master, of the first part and,
J. R. RECH, of the second part:
Whereas, the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, in and for
the County of St. Lucie, on the 16th day of October, 1969, among other =

things ordered, adjudged and decreed, in a certain cause then pending

Wells, Defendant, that the premises herei.nafter particularly described,
be sold at public auction, pursuant to due notice of the time and place
of sale, as directed by said court's orders and decrees in said cause.
And Whereas, the said Special Master, pursuant to and in compliance
with the orders and decrees of the said court did, on the 14th day of
November, 1969, sell at public auction the said gremises, and at said
sale the said premises were sold to the said party of the second part
for the sum of $22,600.00 Dollars, that being the highest sum bidden

Now, Therefore, This Indenture Witnesseth: That the said Sp~cial ~

Master, in order to carry into effect the said sale so made as aforesaid, ~

in pursuance of the orders and decreed of the said Court, in consideration ~

of the premises, and of the said sum of $22,600.00 dollars, paid by the ~

said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged,

has granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain ~
and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the ~

seon~dpart and to his heirs, successors and assigns forever, that
certain parcel of land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
described, as follows:

East line of Lot 3 a distance of 500 feet to the ~
point of beginning; thence continue North 100 feet; ~
