(a) Until further notice~ Geaeral shall perform the following , services at purchaaer's sole cost and expense hereinaftes specified: ~ ~ (i) Lawn maintenance. General ahall use its best efforts to main t tain the lawn on purc aser s premsses is~ s healthy, neat and attractive condition. ~ •Such maintenance may inciude, but shall not necessarily include or be limited to, f the following: mowiag, edging, trimmiag, Katering, feeding, fertilizing, and spray~~ ~ ing or otherwise treating for control of 1aMn pests such as chinch bugs and the ! like. i~ater required for auch watering shall be furnished by the purchaser at bis ~ expense. The necessitq and frequency of any of the foregoing maintenance services ° r shall be determined by General in its sole discretion. General shall attempt to ~ ; m sintain said lawn in a proper condition at all times, but takes no responsibility ~ F for lar+n damage caused by or resulting from Meather conditions~ natural calamities, ~ ~ vandalism, inability to ubtain labor or materials or other causes and conditions ; E beyond its control. In the event of a hurricane or other event likely to cause damage, such inspectior~ ahall be made as aoon thereafter aa practical. ~ .
